Our Projects
At the heart of our operations is a growing network of irrigated farms currently spanning over 300 hectares under center-pivot irrigation — with plans to expand to 10,000 acres under pivot and 60,000 acres under surface irrigation.
We cultivate staple crops such as maize, sorghum, onions, and fruits, using advanced mechanization and soil-specific crop zoning.
We are developing a state-of-the-art Agro-Industrial Park in Jebel Ado designed to process, package, and store produce locally — keeping more value within South Sudan.
This park will serve as a hub for food processing and packaging, cold storage and logistics, fertilizer blending and agro-input distribution, and farmer training centers.
Through extensive land mapping, Eden Agri has divided South Sudan into clear agro-ecological zones — identifying the best crops and farming techniques suited to each region.
This data-driven approach ensures that every hectare we cultivate yields maximum output with minimal environmental strain.
